As we finalize all of the 2014 CMA Music Festival plans, one thing is missing…YOU! Don’t miss out on gaining valuable experience by helping execute Country Music’s Ultimate Fan Experience.
To guarantee a safe and successful festival – we restructured the volunteer program to ensure an educational experience with CMA. Before applying to be a volunteer at CMA Music Festival please read the volunteer terms & conditions below.
In exchange for volunteering at CMA Music Festival, each volunteer will receive a complimentary ticket to the LP Field show on the day of their shift. In addition, each volunteer will receive an official CMA Music Festival volunteer t-shirt and refreshments.
All volunteer shifts are finalized prior to the festival. Volunteers must be on-site 45 minutes prior to the start of their shift. This allows time to check-in, ask questions and travel to your destination.
Volunteer orientation will take place on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Information on orientation will be sent to individuals upon assignment.
What is CMA Music Festival Volunteer attire?
Your volunteer t-shirt will be provided. We ask you to wear comfortable shorts, appropriate in length. Your shoes should be closed toed shoes while volunteering.
I’ve already purchased my CMA Music Festival ticket but want to volunteer, can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds for ticket purchases.

If I do volunteer, when will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued directly following CMA Music Festival. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Where do I park for my volunteer shift?
Volunteer parking will be at LP Field. CMA will provide a shuttle to transport volunteers to check-in at Music City Center. The shuttle will run back and forth throughout the day.
Can I leave my car at LP Field after my shift is completed?
Limited parking will be available to volunteers. Ride sharing is encouraged
