CMA conducted research among CMA Insiders to identify telecom ownership and usage among Country Music Consumers. The primary research objectives were to determine current cell phone, tablet and mobile carrier usage and brand affinity, identify device upgrade and carrier loyalty opportunities and define daily mobile device behaviors among this consumer segment.
