GO BEHIND THE SCENES OF “THE 39TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS”
Exclusive Interviews and Rehearsal Footage Available in Three Video News Release Feeds
NASHVILLE – CMA will provide up-to-the-minute interviews and rehearsal footage of “The 39th Annual CMA Awards” with three Video News Release (VNR) feeds beginning Sunday, Nov. 13. Hosted by multi-platinum, multi-talented Country Music duo Brooks & Dunn, the CMA Awards will broadcast live Tuesday, Nov. 15 (8:00-11:00 PM/EST) from Madison Square Garden in New York City on the CBS Television Network.
Artists performing at this year’s CMA Awards include Dierks Bentley, Big & Rich, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Sara Evans, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Alison Krauss + Union Station Featuring Jerry Douglas, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Julie Roberts, George Strait, Sugarland, Keith Urban, Gretchen Wilson and Lee Ann Womack.
The Sunday feed will also include interviews and performance footage from “Broadway Meets Country,” a benefit concert taking place Nov. 12 at Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, co-hosted by Tony® Award winner Brian Stokes Mitchell and top CMA Awards nominee Lee Ann Womack to benefit the Actors’ Fund of America and the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. Participants from Broadway include Jason Danieley, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Adriane Lenox, Marin Mazzie, Andrea McArdle, Idina Menzel, James Naughton, Marian Seldes, Ben Vereen and Patrick Wilson; representing Country Music are Trace Adkins, Glen Campbell, Billy Currington, Raul Malo, Neal McCoy, Richie McDonald, Jamie O’Neal, Julie Roberts, Carrie Underwood and Trisha Yearwood.
