WHAT: The CMA Songwriters Series returns to Nashville at the CMA Theater in the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
Thursday, Nov. 5 (7:00 PM/CT, doors at 6:00 PM/CT). This special edition of the CMA Songwriters Series will be held the night after “The 49th Annual CMA Awards” and will feature cast members of ABC Television Network’s hit series “Nashville” performing songs from the show and sharing stories behind the music.

WHO: Performing in the round, cast members Chris Carmack(Will Lexington), Will Chase(Luke Wheeler),Charles Esten (Deacon Clayborne),Jonathan Jackson(Avery Barkley), and Sam Palladio (Gunnar Scott). Special guests include Nashville songwritersTrent Dabbs, Chris Gelbuda, Travis Meadows, and Jonathan Singleton(lineup subject to change).

Celebrating the stories behind Country Music’s greatest hits, the CMA Songwriters Series is now in its 11th season and second decade, kicking off the first shows of 2015 at the world famous Sundance Film Festival and continuing with shows in London, Chicago, Nashville, and Washington, D.C. 2015 also saw the taping of a CMA Songwriters Series in Toronto to air on CMT Canada as well as the continued partnership with public television’s “Front and Center” to present the CMA Songwriters Series on U.S. television.

Since 2005, the CMA Songwriters Series has presented more than 90 shows in 15 cities including Austin, Belfast, Chicago, Dublin, London, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Phoenix, and Washington, D.C. at the renowned Library of Congress. Some of the artists who have been part of the series include Dierks Bentley, Clint Black, Kix Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Sara Evans, Hunter Hayes, Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Darius Rucker, Josh Turner, CarrieUnderwood, Chris Young, and more.
