THE COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION HOSTS
TY MYERS FOR A PERFORMANCE AT ITS NASHVILLE HQ

The Country Music Association welcomed Platinum-selling artist-songwriter-guitarist Ty Myers to its Nashville HQ on Tuesday, August 18 for a Q&A followed by a special solo acoustic performance. The Q&A covered Myers’ early love for music and childhood influences, his passion for songwriting, and his recent CMA Fest performance debut on the Chevy Riverfront stage. Myers then performed a five song set including his cover of Willie Nelson’s “Always On My Mind,” “Morning Comes” and “Southbound” off his sophomore album Heavy On The Soul and his breakout hit “Thought It Was Love” plus an early listen to an unreleased song he wrote just last week.
