Life presents daily challenges, in our inner world, in our relationships, and in our environments. Hosted by Borer Newman, this workshop explores some of the less-healthy ways we often seek to cope with these challenges and the consequences of those coping patterns. Attendees will be introduced to a framework for healthy coping and the steps towards implementing healthy coping strategies in daily life.
